Full Moon - Consult + Reiki and Tarot

Service Description

Take a Deep Dive into your body, mind and soul and discover the depth that lies within you. This consult gives you full permission to express and explore your current health and wellbeing with me as we navigate through different body systems, your inner thoughts and feelings and uncover your souls true desires. We will take a look at your relationship with food and discuss ways in which we can heal this through intuitive eating in relation to your current health goals. This intuition can then be used to navigate all areas of your life. We will also look at gentle nutrition, such as incorporating different foods that feel nourishing to your body and the possibility of food supplements and teas. So, if you want to journey further within, let go of abusive food relationships, heal from toxic diet culture that makes you believe you are not enough and learn to love and appreciate yourself, whilst allowing the imperfections to become a part of you, then I am so proud to be the one to help navigate you on this new path you have chosen for yourself. + This initial Consult will also include a 30 minute Reiki healing session. Reiki is a Japanese form of hands on energy healing that can promote relaxation, clear energy blocks and reduce stress. It can also be done from a distance in which the Practitioner will tap into your energy and in the same way clear and release stagnant energy and aid in circulation and balance in the body and energy bodies. + It also includes a 20-30 minute Tarot or Oracle reading (dependant on what cards I feel called to for your reading,) to add another dimension and layer in uncovering potential blocks you may have and how we can clear these and bring more insight into your consult. These readings can also uncover conversations and resolve situations that may not have come up otherwise. Remember that within you lies the true healer and I am simply here to hold space and guide you along the way.
